Daffodil Day
Every year the Auckland Cancer Society organises two fundraising events, Daffodil Day and Relay for Life. These events not only raise valuable funds for the Society, they also give us an opportunity to raise our profile by making people more aware of the work carried out by the Society. It also enables us to get our health promotion messages across to the community to reduce the risk of people getting cancer.
These events raise thousands of dollars for the Society and involve hundreds of people from all over Auckland and Northland, so how about getting involved, and helping us to make a difference. It’s also a lot of fun!
